BOV issue?

Synapse BOV, Stock Turbo, 23psi
So, I was driving last night on the highway in 5th gear with my foot lightly pressed on the throttle. I felt that when I started to boost around 10psi+ and even out I heard the BOV fluttering, but when I went WOT it was fine and felt like it held fine. I know there were/ are some issues with the synapse bov, but not sure if this is part of that or if I'm just over reacting. Any thoughts?

thats just what happens with aftermarket bovs. Some are worse then others. I had a hks ssqv and then went to a crushed stock ix bov and to this day I believe that was the best mod i have done.

I dont think thats 100% true, but maybe with some after market bov's? On my other cars my, TiAL or Greddy bov's never had problems. I actualy have a new TiAL Q sitting around my house but its not the one that recircs, so Ill have to adjust to those issues if I install it on my car.

What is the rating of the Stock Evo IX bov for boost pressue? Im assuming the crushed Evo IX bov will be able to hold more boost without leaking?

stock is tested to about 25-26 psi. Crushed will hold well over 30 if done properly.
