No the pressure plate bolts. Then the pressure plate comes off with the Trans and disc

where is the breakaway at? Are you talking about where the fork is or is there another large opening somewhere I'm not seeing? Sorry, I don't have the tranny here to look at so I'm going off of the service manual diagram

The T-case has one dowel pin. unless mine just stuck with the t-case when i pulled it apart.
