Ford atf/power steering fluid
I couldnt find any specs on the mitsu power steering fluid, but I assume its similar to the acd fluid which uses a ATF spIII, so maybe the p/s fluid requires it to be a Chrysler spec?
If thats the case, I wouldnt recommend Mercon V.

I was trying to get away with having to order some oem online, can you believe the dealership here doesnt have any!? and they recommended that. its labeled ATF/PSF and its red so figured it would work
sorry to bump this thread... but i just called the dealer.. and i've searched the threads... the dealer said i need to use oem transmission diaqueen fluid for the ps fluid... didn't seem right to me.. just wanted to make sure I was picking up the right stuff? he said its about $20 a bottle... also has some other fluid for $8.50 a bottle...????

Idk if thats tru or not. I did end up using the ford ATF/PS in my car though. You can buy oem PS from lancershop or other shops though if you wanna wait. for shipping which is cheap insurance
