I had another bov laying arouns and tried it, it didn't change much. Car is jerking a lot less than first, I am hoping the new gas will fix it completely. How can I test the wastegate?

Does the car feel like it is loosing power as you rev it out? Could be running lean if that's the case. That could be a fuel pump going bad or clogged fuel sock/injectors. You have a wideband, so you should know if you are running lean.
A car that won't build boost can be as simple as a boost leak or a boost control issue to as big as the turbo just giving out on you. If the turbo was fried you would probably noticed some scuffing on the compressor housing though or obvious damage.
When the car goes into limp mode I wonder if it limits your boost to minimum. Try unhooking your battery for awhile to reset your ECU as well.
Also, when you do your boost leak test, the most accurate way is to hook up the tester where your air filter would connect to your turbo. You will alway get some leaking, but it should at least hold the pressure and come down slowly. If the air pressure falls rapidly, just follow the hissing.

What do you mean by the spark plugs are fine? Did you replace them with OEM gapped at .022?
If not you need to try that to completely rule it out.
Whenver my car starts to break up under boost and jerk its my plugs.

It's not worth pulling the injectors now, because I really don't have the time. But it definitely has something to do with gas. I looked at the fuel pump, everything was hooked up. I guess the only thing i have next is the injectors. But if it were the injectors, wouldn't the problem be constant? Here are vids, I am WOT in both video's, and you can tell that the car lost ALOT of power, 0-60 in 10 minutes. skip til 1:30 in the first video.

That video sounds like a major boost leak somewhere. How did you test for leaks? Also, there are a ton of suggestions on here that you should take note of. Check the Fuel Pressure Regulator line, its on the left side of the manifold. If that comes off you will only get enough fuel through your RPM's as it was getting at idle. That line allows more fuel pressure with the increase in pressure in the manifold, i.e. from boost. It actually could be spark plugs as well, and it would only happen under full boost as you can blow the spark out. Another option if it is happening in boost would be your plug wires as they do go bad over time and you have 130k on the car, have they ever been replaced? There are two coil packs and two wires, sometimes the wires go bad. I have personally had the wires go bad, repalced and all was well. Get a miss, exhaust pop, under load and replaced the spark plugs with correctly gapped ones at .022 and also fixed that problem. If you believe that it is fuel related, check the FPR hose, check to make sure the fuel pump is running well, if not Walbro 255's are cheap enough and come with a new filter, which may be a good option anyways. Check to make sure your injector o-rings are in good shape as well as the throttle body o-rings. Also, with the sound from both videos sounding like a major leak, why don't you try recircing a bov that you know is 100% good and will make a seal?
