Best timing belt for 650whp

I am going to be getting the 60k service done on the Evo shortly and wanted to see if anyone recommended a different belt other then an OEM 9 belt for replacement at these power levels. Thanks!

I use OEM stuff as well. My car sees 10k rpm and 150+ mph traps. Never had an issue.

I had the Gates timing belt and it snapped after 2-3k miles... biggest waste of money yet...

I used a gates it has been doing the job had a buddy putting down 730 to the wheels used oem belt never had a problem.

OEM all the way, Buschur reccomended it over the gates for my build... You simply cant go wrong with a reccomendation from a bomb shop
I was told its what they use in all their high hp builds... I was sold...
Also, its cheaper
Simply cant go wrong
