Maybe damaged the hose during install. Have you check coolant level?

I had this same leak and I thought it was the head gasket for a while but it wound up coming from the turbo water hose. There was a small pin hole in it. Replaced the hose and all good now. Hopefully this is your problem because its an easy fix.

Pressure test the cooling system and inspect where the leak is coming from.

Usually that is one of the coolant lines going to the turbo... has happened to a few of the cars I have worked on in the past... and mine even...

nah, just check your dipstick. if there is water in there you'll know. this would jsut be a fast and simple way to see it might be headgasket.
