fits fine ..took about 30 min to install...i have tanabe dp, and greddy full ti cat back exhaust connected by stock cat.
Not gonna mess with the cat till a little later.
Better spoolup as soon as you install it.

i think that is only on the RMR dp that you need to shim the lower bars

no spacers...simple 15 minute bolt on affair.....very nice fit and finish..couldn't feel the power increase but definitely helped spool up a little
