comp stage 2 question

just looking for some imput on how long you think she'll last. Got it for a cheap price but think i might be regreting it.

i bought a competition stage 2, since my exedy hyper single was slipping. I brought

the car to have the clutch put in and tuned and the one guy i talked to said i might

slip with the power ill make. So i called back the next day and was just going to buy

a diffrent clutch and sell the comp and save myself the 550 install price when i have

to go back with a diffrent clutch, but a diffrent guy said i should be good on the

comp still being on stock turbo and i trust him so i decided to stick with it. I dont

know the power its making since its in the shop being tuned, so heres the mods.

kelford 272
dual springs
3in fmic
cop kit
ic piping
cat back
warlbro 255
stock intake+exhaust mani
stock turbo+02
23psi 93 oct

thanks bryan

That clutch will hold more than you'll make with those mods. A rough guess is it could be around 350awhp/325tq. How long it lasts depends greatly on your driving style.

See this thread.

Yep. Thats the one I got. Mine isnt gonna do a whole lot of launching, its a road race setup. But I am putting this clutch in my 2.3 w/ EF3 build. I dont estimate making more than 450 ft lbs on a road race tune so I should be fine.
