Exclamation 4Th gear turned into Neutral. CLutch issue?

This all started happening when my clutch slave cylinder was leaking.

1.
I replaced my slave cylinder about a month ago due to a minor leak. I noticed the problem when the car popped out of 4th gear while cruising. lost all pressure in my clutch sooner.

2.
I replaced the slave cylinder. Car runs fine. Does not pop out of 4th gear like it used to. But i notice clutch engaging point was getting farther everytime i drove the car. it was getting higher away from the floor.

3.
4th gear starts popping out again. this happens even during simply cruising. Car does not grind going into gear. Or any gear for that matter

4.
I adjust the clutch pedal position by moving the clutch pedal. Problem gets fixed again. does not pop out of 4th

My question is
1. Could loss in pressure in clutch cause the 4th gear to pop out?
2. What could be causing the clutch pedal engaging point to keep changing? Is the clutch worn out? (15k mile exedy twin) I keep my eye out on the brake fluid. Level does not change and i do not notice any leaks.

Please help me diagnose this problem. I am out of ideas.

1. no. your trans needs service. 3/4 fork is worn out.
2. your clutch is likely toast as well.
