Sounds like you have a leak somewhere. have you double checked and made sure you dont have a Boost/vac/exhaust leak?

you can replace the 02 sensor on the wideband, how many miles do you have on it?

Ill have to double check them all again and see

I tested a friend of mines sensor already and it did and read the same thing, my gauge/sensor is only 2-3 months old.

Update:

Took it to a shop and they did find a exhaust leak, and fuel pressure leak, both were fixed aswell as new plugs put in and EGR deleted. The afrs now idle at 14-15 but flucuate alot and isnt really steady as well as sometimes it will dip down to 17s. The idle is still a little rough aswell sounds like its missing, anymore thoughts?
