06 evo MR engine replacement

I am working on an 06 evo mr that needs an engine. Its not my car and i dont know any of the history of it. I work for a dealership (not Mitsu). The sales department cracked the ringalnd of piston #2 by running 87 octane in it. I dont know anything about evo's.

From what I can tell, it has an AMS intercooler, injen intake and intercooler tubing, AMS fuel rail with precision injectors, Toyota ignition coils, and a modified stock turbo. The compressor wheel is anodized blue and appears to be larger. Before the idiots destroyed it, it had 27lbs of boost and felt around 400awhp on my butt dyno.

I need to know the best method to remove the engine. I have an engine hoist and a hydraulic lifting table. I am using a lift. My initial plan is to remove the entir engine, trans, suspension, subframe from below using the table. I also need some help identifying the aftermarket parts. Here are some pics:

that is a bbk turbo-

depends on your access to a lift-

if you have one, remove the turbo kit (Easy), radiator, transfer case-

and drop the motor out of the bottom onto a roller dolly, then seperate motor from trans, and put on a stand with engine hoist-

I guess that wasnt too bad.

Thanks for the info on the turbo. Im pretty sure the piece of ringland is now stuck in the turbine, so that may be a dead turbo. The used engine came with a factory turbo, can I use that in its place? It obviously wont make the same power, but will it need to be re-tuned?

I cant seem to get the transfer case off the trans. I comes out about an inch and gets stuck. It looks like its hitting the block. Any ideas?

There is a input shaft on the driver side that goes thru the transmission and transfer case, use a slide hammer and thread a m8 1.25 bolt into the input shaft to remove and the transfer case should just come right off the splines on the trans

The stuff isnt mine to sell.

Ive got the engine and drivetrain back in the car. My next question is about the ACD system. The ACD fluid reservoir specifies ATF SPIII fluid. The Mitsu dealer said they wont have any until next week. Is there any other fluid that can be used in its place?

Is it possible to bleed the ACD fluid with a vacuum bleed or does the pump need to be activated?
