ingredients for 400 whp on evo9 turbo

hey guys,just wondering what all is needed to get close to 400 whp mark with the evo9.would a walbro 255 get me there on e85.

thanks i have upper ,lower ic pipe, 4 inch thick ic,1150cc injectors,3.5 inch exhaust,cosworth m2s,hks intake pipe,mbc and it will be on e85 when tuned. i think i got all of it other than head studs.

you have more mods than me and i made 396 on E85..its all in the tune though....good luck....Justin
