Fluttering stock BOV

I was just wondering why? When I let off the gas at light to moderate throttle my bov flutters. It's pretty annoying. I checked the vac line going from the BOV to the intake doesnt seem to be crimped. Is the flutter normal? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I recently had warrantee work done at a Mitsubishi dealer. When I got the car back it sounded different and lurched in unloading conditions. It was spiking 1.6 bar instead of the normal 1.44 as well. BOV was installed backwards.

Yeah! I put in a new inlete pipe. The flat circular part of the bov should be facing toward the radiator and turbo side. Right? I'm still mantianing 19-20psi of boost. I don't know! I'll be getting a new bov anyway since I'm going to be putting in a mbc. Hopefully that will solve the problem, but in my research some of the guy's been having the same problem with these after market bov's also. what do you think?

sometimes it is normal if it flutters a little when you let off the gas and the turbo is starting to spool....
