If cost was not a factor; Stock frame or T4 setup for 450-550 hp

I see on PTE site that there is no TS T3 option... All these companies doing things differently.
Look at 240Z TwinTurbo's thread for how the Garrett's perform in a T4 twinscroll configuration. LOTS of good info in there.
I wish he had gotten a chance to test a TS GTX3071R as I think it would have shown some good gains in response over the GTX3076R while making similar power. But anything with the GT30 turbine wheel will not make huge pump gas numbers unless you sacrifice response and put a massive turbine housing on it.
If weight in the car isn't a primary concern, T4 TS is the way to go.

GT3076HTA with 1.00 T4 TS Housing
GT3582HTA with 1.00 T4 TS Housing
EFR 7670 with 1.05 T4 TS Housing
EFR 8374 with 1.05 T4 TS Housing
Borg Warner S300SX FMW(Basically EFR 8374 without ti-al turbine wheel and stuff) and a lot of T4 TS Housing choice

since you cant get a EFR borg warner why not take a look at the new s300sx fmw turbo, supposedly better spool and transient response than a hta 3582r and it still has the same top end. it has the amazing reliability of borg warner and it can be rebuilt. they retail for $1,100 from full-race and they are having a sale right now!

Is there any factual info to support some peoples assertion that the garrett based turbos don't flow well in twin scroll config.
Right now i'm between a 5857CEA/5858CEA, HTA82 or GTX3071.
Its hard trying too look up info for these choices and there are so many intelligent opinions pro and con for these choices it makes picking difficult.

the CBRD lmp kit looks pretty damn appealing with a 33rb. flows better than any stock frame, still makes awesome USABLE power and sorta limits you so you dont want to make 700+ one day

My progression through power levels would be: gtx3071r>efr7670>gtx3576r>efr8374. The power you can extract from them will depend on your setup so you have to factor that in while picking a turbo too. This is where the difference between one shop's built head over another's will make a difference, and so on. So pick a target power level and pick the smallest turbo your setup will allow to hit that target. And enjoy the spool.
