04 EVO Misfire issue

Mods
Full exhaust
Intake
Different turbo exhaust housing
HKS intercooler kit
Greddy Profec B
Tial BOV

The car runs great for the first 30mins. After that it sputters above 18psi. It will not stop unless I let it cool down and drive it again. Is there anything that immediately stands out? I put new NGK plugs in it and that did not change anything.
