Erratic boost and lean under WOT

I am not sure what the issue is. Mod list is as follows:
Evo 9
Stock head/block
GSC S2 cams
Spoolinup COP
Upper/lower icp's
O2 dump
Tephra V7 with Grimmspeed EBC
Full TBE
Forge Diverter valve
FIC 2150's
Fuel Rail
FP BB Black
Double pumper running E85

I have been doing logs for some time while my car is being tuned by Tom. Initially I had a problem with my car having a very erratic a/f at cruise. The a/f would jump around pretty bad while trying to maintain speed. I switched injectors and it did not make a difference. It also ran a little lean on the top end every once and a while. It was not the tune. I ended up reading about pumps on the double pumper having issues or going out early. I decided to pull it out and moved the primary pump to the secondary, pulled the secondary out and put a low mile Walboro GSS342 I had in as primary. The drivability problems were completely gone! I had no idea it would have been the fuel pump. Car was driving good again. We kept tuning. I ended up blowing a vacuum house off twice and didn't realize it until reviewing the log and seeing the boost fluctuating. Fixed the lines, ziptied everything and car was good again. We were almost completely done tuning and all of a sudden the car is running very lean on the top end and boost is erratic again. Tom thought it was a bad boost leak. So I pressure tested everything to 20 psi and not a single leak! It was solid. I do not know what is causing this. Could it be that I need to change the other pump that came with the double pumper also? Could that cause the boost fluctuations? The lines to the Hobbs switch, boost controller, etc are all leak free. I am stumped. Ideas? Thanks.

Check around your fuel rail for leakage at either the fuel press regulator, or the injector seals....

Checked and double checked. These areas are leak free.

I am feeling guilty now for not posting help when others had issues. I am the really needing help with this.
