boost reference post intercooler?

anyone try using a spot after the intercooler (upper intercooler pipe?) for the boost source for their boost controller? it seems like it would work better as you arent fighting pressure drop and have to ramp up wgdc to counteract it. only downside i could see is less time for boost error correction, which i imagine would be minute.

I have ran an mbc that way before, but that doesn't help answer your question lol
Sounds plausible, pressure may be slightly higher at the compressor housing vs after the intercooler cools it down
Plus the pressure drop from the outlet size being bigger.
