Squash Performance Evo 7/8/9 Fuel System - tester needed ASAP

Hi Everyone,

Squash Performance has designed a dual in-tank pump hanger for the EVO 7/8/9 (and X but that's for another forum) that we would like to debut at Sema at the end of this month. We are looking for someone to test fit some parts on the car for us since we have been unable to find someone locally. We will make it worth your while, trust me there We are located in southern Wisconsin, but the tester doesn't need to be local.

The hanger supports upwards of 1500 wheel HP on gas using the largest pumps we can put in them - the E85 Walbro F90000267. It will also be available with the Walbro F90000262 gas-only pumps as well as DW 200/300 pumps.

It is fully functional with the stock jet pump system but we've been able to improve on the stock design a little bit as well. It also reuses the stock level sender, of course.

If anyone has a project car handy who wants a snazzy fuel system, or just wants to help out, please PM me ASAP. The test units are going to be ready to ship out this week some time, Monday next week at the latest.

If you have any questions feel free to post and I'll try my best to answer them (since I'm the guy who designed it). We are working hard to make the best-engineered in-tank fuel systems on the market and I think we've raised the bar.

So here's a shiny render since we don't have shiny aluminum to show just yet...

The Bosch 044 will not fit... It's a completely different design.

Does this reuse the oem siphon or did you guys address this with your design? Also with two of the new E85 safe walbro big boys will that over run the oem/custom regulator?

It reuses the jet pump itself but it does not rely on return flow from the regulator to "power" it, so it's very consistent no matter what fuel flow is. We have made a few other tweaks as well to make this work better.

I've yet to see an OEM regulator that can handle the return flow of these two pumps running at the same time. I have seen a few that will handle the return flow of just one pump running.

We are also going to be showing off our new pump controller at Sema - like nothing you've ever seen. That FPR won't be a problem when it's sitting in the garbage can

The finished product will begin to exist over the next few days as we get all the parts machined. If you saw the test unit you would never want to buy the real thing I think this weekend we will be able to show off the real thing.

Cost isn't established yet, but you can get an idea how we price things on our website... It will be in the same ballpark as those. We will also have a nearly plug and play "hot wire" harness with relays and circuit breakers and wire at the right length available after Sema.

Be careful what you wish for, I've been working around the clock trying to get the new products going for Sema!

It won't be through the roof - we don't have pricing set just yet but the hanger will be in the $400-$550 area + pumps of your choosing. I think that isn't considered through the roof but maybe close to the ceiling for many. We'll figure it out

That thing sure is pretty... if it works as advertised, it'll be a shame that it has to go unseen for the most part.

I'm your man. I'll test it.

I have a Full Blown double pumper right now.

-8AN Feed
-6AN Return
Twin Walbro 255HP in Tank.

My current full blown setup leaks through the wires, used to leak through the top of the can (due to height of pumps), and my level sender unit has never worked properly since I installed the unit.

Car runs and drives right now on E85. Check out my build thread below for details on the car

I can have it swapped in the same day it arrives and provide pics, install instructions, and a review comparing it to the Full-Blown unit.
