I would stay away from an XS Power intercooler. Most of the ebay intercoolers have straight through internal fins. Your charge air passes directly through the intercooler. Our intercoolers have offset and staggered fins. When the air passes through it's forced to split multiple times against the fins which dissipates/transfers heat and results in a cooler intake air temp.

Take a look at our selection if you have a few minutes.

Any questions, let me know!

I remember doing simulations for heat sink design back in college, staggered fins create turbulence and makes a huge difference in heat transfer.

Just received my ETS 5 inch cooler from ETS. Nice piece, Michael. The welds are great, too. Looking forward to getting it on the car.

I was told by ETS that they have their own proprietary core made just for them.

It is... They will make a garret core by request, but if you've ever seen the cut-aways of the garret cores, you wouldn't want one.
