Spark plugs, what you running???

Alrite, i'm do up to change plugs, this question is more for guys with 400+ whp, im around 22 psi with a 35r, stock motor, stock coil packs and wires, what plugs you guys running, don't have to necessarily have the same setup but putting down around the same power, the reason i ask cause i was on lancershop.com and saw they have a recommendation for one step colder plugs with a modded evo, but they don't say exactly what mods, just modded, so let me know what you guys running, thanks

Hey man, I've always run the NGK Coppers in all my cars and never had a problem.

I'm not producing 400 whp like you. I'm at 312 whp on my EVO 8 and I just installed NGK BR7EIX plugs. These are only half a step colder than stock and figured that would be best for my setup.

Well with a IX, they really don't have a viable copper plug. So you will have to run at least a one step colder Iridium plug.

No don't run anything other than stock heat range on the 9. I run stock plugs at approx 415-425whp on stock turbo gapped at .022
