you dont need cam gears, use that money on something else!

 

350 - 400 is fairly easy on 93 octane if thats what you have.
Intercooler and pipes= 600ish. ETS
O2 manifold= 100 bucks. Map or meagan for cheap.
Turbo back exhuast= cheap. Ebay
Mild cams if you want 350hp= 400 bucks.
Tune= 300 bucks
Walbro 255 fuel pump= 100 bucks.
IX DV. ?

That will get you around 350. For 450 you need a turbo. Fp red. EF3 bbk full ect. plus more aggressive cams and valvesprings.
