Anybody having trouble with their Odyssey pc680 battery?

That's because you need preventative maintenance--that is the battery tender. These batteries do not do well after a complete discharage, so you need to maintain it.

I had constant problems with my pc680 on my Lotus... Switched to Optima red top and had the same issue a couple of times. Because I left the car sitting, it would discharge and kill the battery.

Put the pc680 on the Evo, and because we drive it everyday, it has never had an issue!

These types of battery (AGM/gel) really do not like to be fully discharged. Get a battery tender as suggested by others and it won't be an issue.

Ya I assumed this was also with a relocated battery, not one in the oem location, sorry.

But its still possible to use in oem location, just takes a little extra work. You can get some slack out of the oem battery cables by opening up the harness and re routing some of the wiring. The starter cable should have enough slack, the alternator might need to have to solder in a piece to have it reach but really isnt that big a deal.
