new build no start

i just got done installing a new 2.4lr and i have tried to start and she just wont do it. i have checked and have fuel pressure have fuel in all cylinders have spark at all four plugs. i used jumper cables to make sure it has enough power to turn over and all i get is maybe a sneeze here and there. what doesn't make sense to me is the log im getting from evoscan. it reads all good 5* timing 125 rpm temp battery all good. then all of a sudden it jumps and reads just ridiculous things on all sensors. something like 7000 rpm -40 deg coolant 200* timing. i was hoping its not the crank angle sensor but if i unplug it it acts totally different and ive heard i wouldn't have spark or fuel. physical timing is good. im stumped.

I've had EvoScan log crazy values while trying to find a no-start problem I had. After a month of swapping sensors, I disabled the immobilizer and it started right up. Would only take you a few minutes to try that out.

4g64 crank right? Could the trigger plate have moved from behind the crank sprocket?
