Low 400's, up on through high teens and even low twenties(DynoJet) are doable. There is some guy that has a freak up in the 440's, or 450's that has a recent thread in the Dyno Tuning subforum though. Although I can't seem to find that thread right now......Sorry!

The O.S. Green is only worth about 15 WHP more than the IX turbo though. I had one so I oughta know. The IX turbo on E-85 is a gem.

As far as the actuator is concerned I would say go with the FP HD 18 pounder if you are going to be running under 27#. Get the turbine housing ported by a reputable shop, or do it yourself if you feel it is within your scope.

The old adage usually holds true: combination is the key, especially when attempting to extract the most power from the IX 16G turbo. It is very tuner and combination sensitive.

The real overachiever cars(powerwise) with this turbo, the virtual freaks, seem to all be MIVEC cars. The non-MIVEC Evos don't perform quite as well with this turbo. But, you already have MIVEC. As mentioned by Real94, you'll need a really good tuner. And you need to hand that tuner a car with a well thought out combination of parts.

Little things seem to count when looking to extract max power from the IX 16G: Such as a low restriction, high flow air filter/intake tube combo,a speed density conversion, a well designed O2 hsg./dump option, a suitable camshaft grind, a ported TB, a MAP V2, C.B. Extreme, or Magnus IM, a ported exhaust manifold, the FP comp housing which you already have on your list, the Garrett 4" IC core, a well ported turbine housing, and a COP ignition system, etc.
