I have a full race manifold with a 30r and since the 02 is further down the d/p the 02 sensor wire just isn't long enough to reach the connector in the engine bay. I tried soldering in an extension but I couldn't get the tin or aluminum type wire to solder for anything. Does anyone know where I could get maybe a 12" or 16" plug n play extender? Thanks!

 

i extended mine no problem with soldering the wires in. try using flux

 

Yea I tried using a ton of flux and it held them together but the solder joint is NOT pretty and I'm starting to believe it's having a bad connection because I'm throwing a CEL for the 02 sensor and it's brand new. There has to be someone out there that makes a plug 'n play harness for this.
