That's how I feel about Meth too. It is just that in my country there is no Ethanol. So, that is why I ask about Meth injection. I may eventually do it as the available pump gas here is about 89 octane at best, but I am still hesitant to pull the trigger concerning the use of Meth injection on my car. Thanks for the reply.

Im leaning more towards the red just incase some time down the road i may want more power but still am undecided.. I also dont want to have a ticking time bomb but that has to do with the tune which will most likely be done by AMS

go green...im at 480 whp 400 wtq...detuned for stock block...would make 550 whp easy...with great spool...some have made 600+ whp (curt brown) and a few others...red is also good but why have more lag if your goals are not 650+whp

Theres no way you made this much on 93 gas. Sounds like e85@25-28psi. As for making 550 easy with stock block and fp, good luck with that. Curt brown hit 605 with a bb green but thats because its a full blown racecar with a built engine and everything.

So, you still left us in the dark concerning what fuel you achieved your numbers on. I am assuming that this is on E-85, right? At least one would conclude so from the fact that you have a double-pumper installed on the car.

I question this thinking of detuning for less torque on the HTA Green. If you are going to detune for less torque wouldn't it be easier to just run the Red which produces about the same level of torque as your detuned Green, but gives you an additional 30-40 WHP up top.

93 tune was 447 whp 402 tq real similar to e85...either tune will spin 255 star specs through the first few gears lol...i track alot and spool is very important to me...red might cost me 1/2 second a lap on tight courses...

Ok. Thanks. I appreciate the additional info. The benefit would be the quicker spool and transient response of the Green vs. the Red. Sure, now I understand. In a sense I am playing the role of Devil's Advocate because I am interested in the comparison of these two turbos.

I would say go green if your daily driving, especially if your only going for 400 whp.....400whp and quicker spool is a no brainer if u dont want 600 hp

Red, the Green is fine but you'll get used to the power quick, the red can grow to a turbo deep into the 10's
