FP Green or FP Red?
Red 100% don't even consider the Green. The Red is most versatile even more so then the Black as the the retains throttle response and is only 60WHP down from the Black. The Red has run 9's on race cars on 10's on street cars so that is my vote, the Goldie Lox Turbo.
If the OP's on pump gas the Green will make more power than the Red. It doesn't matter if the Red is more versatile because on pump the Red is barely in it's efficiency range at ~29psi. The Green will make more power (or just as much) as a Red OR Black on pump gas with the best transient response you could ask for. On E85 though, go with a Red.
Im interested in the max hp for each turbo green, red, and black
I want 450 max with stock motor on pump gas, i have 1 e85 station around here which doesnt help and this will be my daily/vacation car to the beach once a year.

Green would be able to get close to max on pump and have better spool then the RED. However the RED offers so much more if you get the boost up as well. I run 29PSI on 93 octane and get 460/400. The Green would be hard pressed to get there on pump .
Okay, so I certainly don't want to hi-jack anyone's thread with my information so I won't start throwing prices around in an attempt to make it sound like a sales pitch, but within OUR MAP EF Series lineup...TYPICALLY, the best bang for the buck, so to speak, is the EF3...you sacrifice VERY little spool for more power. The reason being is the turbine wheels themselves between say an EF2 to and EF3 are different...optimized to quicker spool so while the wheel sizing itself is larger which would lead you to believe there would be more lag, the reality is that due to the wheel design, the spool difference is minimal.
So if you are debating, say, EF2 versus EF3 based on those power goals, the trade off for more power to the EF3 tends to win. IF you want the absolute quickest spool, THEN go EF2. The EF4 sized turbos really are for max power.

EF3 or FP Red are both good options and more or less comparable. Either should get you 440-460 WHP easily. To get the most out of either turbo the supporting mods are important and the tune is crucial on pump gas.
If it is primarily a DD , then I'd go with the green. There are a lot of stories on the regretted mods thread when people went too big with the turbo. It also depends how important spool is to you.
