stutter under WOT (with tune pics)

Daily driving is fine, 0-~16psi runs fine, AFR looks fine (WB installed in exhaust). under WOT, from ~4200-redline it starts to stutter and jerk like its hitting a fuel cut and bouncing back. I have read about Evo X's having bad relays that cause this, but none for 8's. I dont know who tuned the car, but the ECU was locked by whoever did it before i could pull the tune off.
mods:
Blok MBC
Comp clutch stage 3 with lightweight flywheel
stock bpv (bov whatever evo community calls it )
catless TBE, WBO2 installed
Big FMIC (turboXS) and all hard pipes supporting
CAI

below is the tune with all (or most) of the things i think are necessary to look at. I rarely boost it because i dont know the problem, so i dont have a log. I will try to get one soon. From the maps, does this look normal? From reading, the boost desired engine load seems too low, which (again from reading) seems like it could be hitting the 1000ms fuel cutoff that is set.

I figured this could go in either tuning or this section, but chose here because its a mechanical problem im having.

Thanks fellas.

probably the boost limit table... what is the max load you are hitting during a run?

Im not sure, I am currently 200 miles from any tools or garage, so i havent boosted or logged since I discovered it. Maybe i can go out tonight and give it a go.

If i were to turn the MBC to lower peak boost anything < than the boost limit table, the stutter should go away, as it isnt hitting that load % correct? Would that be a way to tell if it is the boost table limit?

Many guides say that the desired engine load should be about 10-15% higher than what my table says.

There is a video of the problem. Took that from 3rd gear coming up an on-ramp. going to fiddle with the MBC today and get some logs.

OK, so I went out and basically reset the MBC by turning all the way to lowest boost, then cranking it back a little. Looks like its set about 16-17psi now, not NEARLY as much stutter as the above video (19-22 it bounced around). These are third gear pulls (first one someone pulled out in front of me down the road, had to cut it short i think). Knock looked better than I expected:

That timing map needs some serious work... and it is very lean in the video. I'd get a new set of plugs, regap them(could be spark blowout.....but doubtful) and retune it before you need an engine

Stutter has been fixed by adjusting the MBC fully the opposite of what the previous owner had it set to. Still going to mess around with the map as suggested, but now i have no knock as previous logs showed.

Thanks for the suggestions guys!
