Manley valvetrain users/installers; please help

Hi, i bought the following item from somebody:
4G63 - PRO SERIES VALVE SPRINGS and RETAINERS KIT part#26125

My question is, are all the valve springs and retainers the same, as in they can be used on both the intake and exhaust side, or are they side specific? Also, is there a certain direction the valve springs should sit on the head or are the wound up the same on both ends so doesn't matter if they're up or down.

Yes the springs are the same for intake and exhaust .

They are not a variable rate spring, so there is no top or bottom.

They should be a single valve spring with a Ti retainer.
