Is my power normal??

Current Setup:

2004 Evo 8
4g63 Block
Full Race Twin ScrollManifold
PTE 6466 Turbo w/ 1.00 AR
Stock Crankshaft
Carrillo Rods
HKS 10.7 CR Pistons
Tomei 270 Camshafts
Solid Lifters
Ferrea Valve Springs
Ferrea Retainers
Ferrea +1mm Valves
3.5'' Downpipe
Tomei 80mm Titanium Exhaust
HKS 1000cc Injectors
Buschur COP
Port Polished Head
Skunk2 68mm TB
HKS R Type Intercooler Kit
FullBlown Dual Hanger w/ Dual Walbro 400LBH Pumps
Motec M800 ECU

The car made 563 hp (not AWHP) @ 20psi
Probably close to 500 AWHP

I was expecting a little more??
The power starts to decrease badly after 7600rpm and revs to 8500rpm (goes down to 490hp at 8500rpm. again not AWHP)

My tuner suggested me to change the Turbo from 1.00 AR to 1.15 AR
Can this be the problem??

Any suggestions??

I will be adding a Magnus V5 Intake Manifold
BBK 75mm Throttle Body
Kelford 276 High Lift Camshafts

What type of dyno was it on where it didn't read you awhp numbers? What type of fuel? the injector size seems a bit small for your hp levels, imo.

VAMAG Dyno
91 octane
The 95 octane here in Turkey is equal to 91 octane US
that is the best fuel we have here

You can make alot more power if you were using E85 or race fuel. I think the reason why you are making not high HP levels, is because the fuel.

Sounds very good for 91 fuel! Euro 5 isn't the best of fuels! I had the impression that 98ron is available in Turkey.
If you don't have access to a better fuel, I suggest that you use water/meth injection.
A couple of notes regarding your setup: a larger displacement engine (2.3L) is really needed for such large turbo.
Motec is an excellent motorsport ECU, but usually tuners don't push it to the limit with street applications since it lacks knock control.

What about the power decrease at high RPMs??
Can it be the Turbo? Should I switch to 1.15 AR from my 1.00 AR??
Can it be the Camshafts? Should I switch from Tomei 270 to Kelford 276 High Lift?

No I won't recommend you change anything, the problem is likely with boost level. 20psi is nothing in proportion to the turbo size, you need to run at LEAST 30psi to utilize the turbo you have. Your best solution is to use a better fuel, re-tune the car & increase boost (30-35)psi. Your problem is that fuel type & boost level aren't enough for your setup. I'd even suggest you install a smaller turbo if you're stuck with 91 fuel!

On a 2.0L to make that power at 20psi isnt bad. Especially when you figure in that you are on 91 octane (more or less).

Could be timing, could be a few different things. A dyno sheet will definitely help to show what its doing.

Looks good to me. Use some good fuel and get to cranking it up. 20psi is LOW boost. You will see big gains by raising the boost. My car old car made 420@20psi and 603@31psi. Yours will be probably up around 750 at 30-35psi. That is big power.

Here is the dyno graph
Sorry for the bad cell phone photo
I tried to make it readable as much as I can...

Yellow is Engine Power
Orange is Wheel Power
Blue is Torque (in Nm)

You can see the max engine and wheel power in the 2nd picture as well as the hp on different RPMs
The bottom line that says Couple is the Torque in Nm

As you can see, the car makes loses nearly 100awhp between 7000 and 8000 rpm

It almost looks like its pulling timing.
