AFR is 11.4-11.5 past 7000rpm
Timing is 11 at 7000 and between 12-13 at 8000

I guess the next question is what fuel (octane level) and if you are logging backpressure? The 1.0 A/r divided wont max out at 20psi. I have ran the 0.84 divided on a 6262 to 27psi and only saw 34psi of backpressure. That also made 570whp/480 torque.

The timing is pretty high for 10.7:1 compression on normal pump fuel based on my experience. I have been at 9* or so on 10.5:1 motors at 8000 on 92 (97 RON) and 19psi and been on the edge of knock.

Most likely it is a combination of small cams and a stock intake manifold. I think the dyno graph makes it look more pronounced compared to the indicated 60hp drop from 7k to 8k at the bottom of the sheet.

I have seen similar decreases on cars before, normally stock cam IX's with a stock turbo on E85 but the ratio of loss will stay similar.

My tuner said if he lowers the timing he is losing power
I ordered new cams (Kelford 276/272 High Lift)
and a Magnus V5 Intake Manifold w/ 75mm TB
Hopefully it will fix it...

You already have 270 cams! Can't imagine any benefit of bigger cams & manifold while your boost is only at 20 psi!!!

I am not trying to make more power. I only want to keep the powerband after 7000rpm
There is a huge decrease in power (almost 100awhp) after 7000rpm

That intake manifold that your getting will def help it breathe up top. Tune for e85 if it's available.

Does your boost remain at 20psi after 7000rpm or does it taper down?

Hmm, very strange! The only thing I can think of is high temperatures causing loss of efficiency at high RPMs. What kind of intercooler +piping do you have? Also, have your tuner check IAT level at high RPM.
But I still don't think that larger cams would do you any good, Tomei 270 are excellent cams, JB mentioned power loss cases with stock cams.
