Question Slave, clutch master, or other?

Hey all! I was wondering if you lady's and gent's could help me with some insight on what my problem is. I did try searching before and couldn't find any answers. Ok now to business; I have an 03 VIII. I just swapped out the old spongy clutch line with a stainless steel line, and took the restrictor pill out of the slave. I bled the system, and had good pressure on the clutch pedal. Then as I was going to push the clutch in to test drive it; the pedal lost all of its pressure and fell to the floor board. Now when I try to bleed the system it wont build any pressure at all. There are no leaks and the reservoir is topped off. Any ideas?

Thanks for the time in advance.

Update: I used a hand pumped bleeder on the system, and was able to get some more air out the system. So now I have pressure on the clutch pedal again. However, now it feels like I have too much pressure. I bled the system normally this time by using the clutch pedal, and got the same results. The reason why I say it has too much pressure is because the pedal wont go all the way down to put it into gear.

I don't know how in the hell it happened, but the dreadful TOB came off. Such an awesome design!
