P0300 misfire fix not downloading
Does any one know of any success stories with the whole lemon law thing. I can't imagine it just being as easy as you tried fixing it 4 times it's still broken so I'll be by to pickup my new car after work. I've looked at my states laws and thet say they get 4 attempts to fix it or if the car is out of service for twenty days. I'm on try 3 and day 11. I really don't want to be a ***** but, I want my car fixed and it just seems to me they aren't real worried about it. I called and asked what the next steps they planned on taking were, if they would call mits. again and have them send someone out and I get "Well, we are still trying to diagnose it." You have a scan tool they sent you a laptop if you can't ****ing diagnose it now get someone who knows what the hell they are looking at to figure it out.

One thing i've noticed since i've been getting this misfire is that my BOV seems to be "hissing" earlier/louder.....
thanks man
Dang dude,
I feel for ya.
If there is another mitsu dealership even remotely close you should give them a shot cause those tools youare dealing with have no clue and will end up f'ing up your baby.
Call MMUSA and tell them your story, tell them you want to escalate your case to your regional rep before that dealership wastes anymore of your time or mitsu's money. Also tell them you are about to envoke the lemon law based on the third attempt to repair.
Not sure how it works in your state, but in georgia you have to file after the second attempt and notify the dealer in writting on the third attempt. Call a local lemon lawyer before you call MMUSA just so you have your facts straight. The more organised and informed you are the more serious they will take you.
Good luck man.
