So I recently got a 2008 Evo x gsr and it came with an aem cai, and a gfb bov. I have no idea what its dyno results are. what mods did mitsubishi do to the base evo to make it an FQ 400? i saw something that said a lot of the upgrades were from hks. what would I need to do in order to get it to the equivalent of an FQ 400?

I suppose anything you do to get the X to 400 crank hp will make it a FQ400 minus the wheels technically.

 

FQ 400 uses different turbo and exhaust to achieve 400HP, for you to get to the power level of FQ-400 you just need a intake, Catback exhaust, Down Pipe, and test pipe with a Tune Approximately 1500 to 2000 dollar .
