Need all FP Black STOCK 2.0 guys input!!!
Why do people have to be so negative? If your going to post at least post something to help with the issue. To the op I think the black is just fine for a stock 2.0 seeing it does spool a little later and the torque hits later. If your tune is spot on you will be ok and glw finding out was causing your boost creep.

^^totally agree but i just wanna knw where my boost creep is comin from, when half the guys runnin fp blacks in this post r running o2 dumps, y is mine ne different. and theres r ported from fp as well as mine. i dnt get it
I think you will see more people with boost creep issues when they are running closer to the wastegate pressure (25psi) or even more when they are running the 18psi gate. Almost everyone whos posted in here is running 27+lbs .
Im running 35lbs with no creep, but it does drop to 32 by 8k on the stock block with the stock head and 280 comp cams...no porting done

the thing is tho, im on stock cams rite now and yes i knw thats not wat i should b, but im waitin on cams rite now and i was only gettin kinda of a base line tune done with not a sh**ton of power if that makes sense till the cams get here. with the FP 25# actuator ill get to wastegate pressure like i should, then by 6500k ill already b atleast to 32-33lbs, i have yet to go ne further and c if it rises. O and for everyone sayin im gonna blow my motor, ive only done this twice, and they were both test pulls.
LOL thanks for the support LOL neways, its not that im worried about the motor to much, but i wanna knw if the boost creep is controllable. like once cams r in, ill b revving to 8k, but is it possible for it to keep risin? thats wat im concerned about
agreed.
Don't take it to your local car shop who has tuned a couple of evo's before, no matter how bad you want to support a local business. Go to someone who specializes in them and you will be in good hands. English Racing, Tom, Mellon, etc... all have had great results with stock blocks and more important - longevity to go along with the big horsepower numbers
