Need all FP Black STOCK 2.0 guys input!!!

hey guys, all input is greatly appreciated. My questions to u r, was your turbo ported from FP when you purchased it? did you have to further port the turbine housing to eliminate boost creep? and wat o2 housings are you guys running?

I bought my FP Black turbo ported and I use a Muse Motorsports 02 dump housing.

Boost 35psi to 29 at redline...

I'm not sure if I understood the question correctly, but I won't recommend a black with 2.0L because:
Significant turbo lag due to small displacement + large turbo
You won't be able to take advantage of the higher loads the black is designed for with stock engine internals.
FP green is the max size I'd use on a stock 2.0L or install a stroker kit (bigger displacement + forged internals) & FP black.

so run a smaller turbo that hits harder then factory and creates low end torque at the same place as a factory turbo....umm no, thats the reason i got a black, becuz im on stock bottom end rite now, y do u think stock 2.0 guys r runnin 35r's +, becuz of the late torque spike...

What kind of boost do you expect to run with the Black?

Your stock internals won't withstand such high boost on a large turbo...period
Check the 2nd post in this thread & see what internals the guy has for the black.

I'm not about to argue with you, I'm merely given you advice based on experience. 400hp is about the max to run on a stock engine. To safely run a Black with 30psi you'd need: forged pistons, forged con rods, aftermarket bearings, aftermarket head studs. I highly recommend a 2.3L engine to offset the expected higher turbo lag.
That dude could've ran the black on the stock as a proof of concept but that doesn't make it any safe. The question is how long that engine going to last!

BTY, that dude sold his car one month later

I got a fp black (not ported) on stock motor and didnt experince any boost creep. Im using a mac valve to control boost as well.
