Ive run the divided MAP downpipe with great results(Check dyno section/EF results thread) on this EF3, Im also running the stock (MAP Ported/coated) Exhaust manifold.
Research MAPs porting they are probably the most in depth and do far more then hand dremil the cast manifold, Couldnt believe my eyes after getting mine back and looking down it.

Best spool you will get will be on the ported oem manifold. I run a ported stocker with MAP 3" o2 eliminator dump.

TiTek or Invidia IMO.

MAP stuff is top notch, but I haven't seen too many builds running their O2 housings.

I remember the MA SS o2 housing, must have been the rev 1, looked exactly like the Titek o2 housing, which many have made good power on. I checked the site and the rev 2 looks dif now, wonder why.

I would go with the Titek V2. Had one installed last week along with getting the stock exhaust mani ported. I paid $185 for the porting which included removal and installation (also had turbo swapped out).

I can't stop laughing at your username. Absolutely comedy.

I'll have to look for your thread then. I'll be running the EF3, ported stock manifold, ported turbine housing and divided O2 housing on 93oct. My only hesitation is the sound from the open dump tube.

I feel silly asking this, but are you happy with the 3" O2 divided housing? Do you DD your Evo?

I DD my Evo currently... and for the most part, I try to keep a low profile (as low as possible for an Evo). But I'm really concerned that the O2 dump is just going to sound like a huge exhaust leak whenever it opens at full boost. I don't want to sound like I'm racing around with a hole in my exhaust.

I don't DD mine but I really enjoy the MA o2 eliminator dump. Honestly I never hear it unless I go WOT. I believe I'm running the 25psi actuator so unless I see >20 psi I never hear it. I can give the car half throttle on the freeway and because of the Synapse bov it perfectly maintains 10-15 psi. With the 2.4 I can do a lot with part throttle. When I go WOT and 600+ whp the dump sound just adds to the terror
