Lightbulb Need Help : Compression Bad

buddy, i am install cosworth gasket with headstuds Cosworth Ultra High Performance Head Studs are manufactured from H11 tool steel with 260000psi tensile strength, i go with 16kgm. and for the surface of head and block is good,

the problem is water at reservoir tank are 3/4 full and like buble on hot water, boost 30psi only. why this can happen?
i am already twice changed this gasket with the same brand, but twice is same condition

whats the recommend gasket for boost 35psi++ ?

anybody please help and sharing the information

Race cars use the stock gasket. If you've redone the gasket twice and are having the same issue it's more likely the head and block you think are good in fact aren't. How are you measuring if they're "good" or not?

Either the head is warped or you need to torque the head-studs down property!

I am wondering why you would say the head isn't torqued properly. 16kg/m is approx 115lb/FT. That is what most people recommend tightening tool steel head studs to.

The head would have to be torqued down evenly and Re-torqued!

go with a OEM headgasket and ARP studs, look up the tightening procedure / sequence.
