the problem is water at reservoir tank are 3/4 full and like buble on hot water, boost 30psi only. why this can happen?
i am already twice changed this gasket with the same brand, but twice is same condition

whats the recommend gasket for boost 35psi++ ?

First off, can we get a mod list? What turbo's on the car? Stock 2.0?

The factory MLS gasket is perfectly fine for most applications, you can spend more if you want but there's little reason beyond being able to say you spent more on it.

Are you losing coolant in the process or does the reservoir just bubble? If it's not puking out the overflow tube chances are it's not a gasket issue and the air is getting in there some other way, as well as coolant flowing out. A leak, in other words.

And lastly, what're you torquing the head studs to? You said 16kg, which is 35lbs, and that simply can't be right. 35lb/ft is less than half of what they should be, some even recommend almost 3 times that on higher boost applications.

cosworth block 2.2L
head cosworth big valve
pt6466 boost 31psi
cam tomei procam 270

reservoir just buble, and go high
16 kg/m = 115.7282216lb/ft

You say the surfaces are good.

Was both the block and head surfaced? If yes.. How were they surfaced and/or prepped?

It sunds like you have a small imperfection in one of the surfaces allowing compression into the coolant jacket

I doubt the surface is perfect as you think.

If it was then you would not have popped the head gasket twice.
