Post Forward Facing Manifolds.. Simple Guide

*ATTENTION: Please read through the entire thread, as some of the great men and companies that have created these kits have provided information themselves as well as additional information.* Last Updated: 1/30/16

I've been researching for a few days and just thought I'd throw this together for the next person interested in going with a FF kit like me and maybe save them some time finding out who makes them. I'm personally doing a PTE 6466 with an A/C kit and still undecided if I'm going Vband or T3, and who gives you what with their hot parts kit, also trying to figure out which ones are still able to keep the AC compressor, which brought me onto looking at all the different options.

Now, I'm sure almost all these companies will make a manifold or a kit in any configuration you want for the right price or added fees, so these are just website lists with website prices and mostly website info, PRETTY BASIC. If there is any missing information by all means whoever owns one of the manifolds listed or has an absolute positive answer please fill in the blanks for us and if there are any manifolds missing let me know and I'll add them.

For those of you that plan on trying to run AC still with your FF setup (after you pick a manifold setup that'll keep the AC compressor) if you don't plan on making a custom condenser setup, Alex makes a bolt in kit just for you! HERE!

*This isn't a which is better post, this is a who makes what, what fits what post. If you need a different flange, wastegate, or anything else to fit your needs call or email these companies and I'm sure you can get exactly what you're looking for, whether it be free of charge or at a cost.*

'THE SHOOTOUT' FORWARD FACING GUIDELINE: So pick your setup carefully if you plan to participate and/or make sure it's possible for you to follow the rules for the class you want to be in.

Our T3, T4, and Vband runner size 1.5" Sch 40. T4 Divided is 1.25" Sch 40 but can do 1.5" upon request. Also yes there is room for the AC compressor. Will have full kit deals with tubros that will be on the site soon. Oh and also does include dump tube(s). Correcting site right now

Our standard kit uses 1.5" Sch 10 but we can make it with 1.25" as well. The flange will work with Tial or Precision vband turbos. There is room for the AC Compressor with our kit as well. The condenser core is the problem, you will need a custom half sized one, which we could offer. We have not had a request for that setup yet.

Good point to mention, I just assumed anybody looking at a FF kit would realize you can't use the stock condenser but I have actually seen it come up on here

Thanks for all the info, already got it all updated

If there's anything else anybody wants me to add on there that they think would be of value, just let me know and I'll try to get it

Buschur Racing
Flange: PTE V-band (T3) and Tial V-band (T3)
Wastegate: Tial 44mm
Runner Size: 1.5" ID, .110" wall thickness
Air Filter Space: Yes, of course, we were the first to do that.
AC Compressor Space: Yes
Hot Parts Kit: Yes (Header, Downpipe, O2 Housing, Dump Tube, Oil Feed Line, Return Line, Air Filter)

Complete kit is only $2499

This kit offers better spool up than the larger running tubing, we've tested it numerous times. This is also the header/turbo kit on the highest MPH EVO HTA86 and EVO9 MIVEC to date, 160.16 mph.
