3000 miles and mine is at least 1/2 to 2/4 full. Condensation alone in the colder weather is a majority of it. But who wants all that moisture in the engine.

To the two guys arguing, knock it off.

And finally, I have plenty of room for my catch can.

timzcat...that greddy catch can is rectangular, i thought it was cylindrical in shape. I'm thinking about getting a catch can, helix or greddy?

I say kudos for creativity. In WRC, when something breaks, the techs 'fix' it in a way that may be considered "ghetto" by some of the members on here. Thanks for the post, it has sparked a few neurons in my head for sure.

Thanks to the few with positive comments and thanks to those with non-constructive criticism for not posting.

There are nice cans out there like ones made be Helix, Greddy, Cusco, etc. They are universal cans and I wished they were tailored specifically to fit in a bone stock Evo engine compartment.

Not to hijack or anything but how the hell is the greddy supposed to fit in the engine bay with the stock battery in place. This thing is monster size and I cannot see it fitting without a battery relocation

Looks nice.

Anybody knows were I can find a catch can with Dual inlets. I want to cancel the PCV valve and run it to a catch can also.

I dont want to T both lines into one. Kinds defeats the purpose of maximizing the flow out.

Tim relocated his battery to his trunk, AFIK.

Holy **** Tim! Those are some cruddy hoses! The hose coming from my crank case is pretty disgusting, but the other hose going to my intake is fairly clean.

I appologize for yesterdays comments. The 15th was my birthday and I was a bit drunk when I posted the previous comments.

By the way, I dig the Greddy can.

It's the WRC Car for 2004.

I think they make round now but I think you can still find the square one.

sloweclipse,

That is how mine is setup. I have a diagram up in a thread if you search for it. All you need is 2 tees and another PCV valve and some fittings.

Deceit,

This is why my hoses are dirtier then expected. Everything goes through the catch can and it is put under a vacuum at idle. It only creeps uo the hose, doesn't look like that at the other end.
