Buschur Stage 3 = WOOT!

I can't believe how much faster and more fun the car is now! I guess it shouldn't be any surprise. Hands down the fastest car I've ever driven.

BTW, the exhaust install works great as long as your using some Kartboy hangers. I had all sorts of rubbing issues, especially once the exhaust system heated up. These were eliminated with the poly hangers. I've got no rubbing over any bumps.

This is the ultimate daily driver. I wonder the BR stage 5 turbo upgrade wil be as streetable. I hope so because I'll probably need another power fix in awhile.

what do you mean rubbing. Cause sometimes if I hit the right rpm my turboxs seems to rub slightly. I am thinking at the rear heatshield to the front of the rear axle

I was rubbing at the driveshaft brackets. I had about a 1/4" of clearance. When the stock hangers got heated they would allow the pipes to shift too much when going around corners and when idling roughly.

Yeah that might be where I am rubbing too. I talked to nathan at turboxs he said he did not know of any problem, maybe it is my downpipe who knows. Where and how much are the kartboy?. And what do they do? Spacers?

Use the stock spacers in the hangers. I just applyed some wd-40 and they slid into the KB hangers easy. http://www.allwheelengineering.com/b..._class=KB-e004

I paid $40 from Mach V. I only ended up using 2 of the 5 hangers. One at the muffler and the other at the muffler end of the cat back pipe.

There's a little more vibration (not noise) in the cabin at idle but once under way the poly hangers seem quieter than stock.

Totally different. You can feel The Beast lurking, waiting to be unleashed when you plant your foot on the gas. Once you do there's a woosh that erupts from the compressor intake and then the exhaust starts to shriek. The Big Hand grabs you and shoves your *** forward. When I go under overpasses I open the sunroof so I can hear the exhaust at WOT.

David has been tuning this motor for a very long time. He has gotten the tuning and parts selection down to an art form. Just as most dsm based evo shops have.

My Buschur exhaust fits like Hell (Even with the Kartboy hangars), rubs horribly at idle and when I turn, and has left burn marks all over my rear bumper.
