Spark gap, boost leaks, EMS TUNE!!! BOV

So I have a few questions, im getting ready to have my car tuned. I have no boost leaks minus one at the throttle body, the shaft seals and TB gasket have been replaced however im still leaking at the TB gasket. Im running a JMF manifold and have no idea how to fix this issue.

Im planning on running 25-28 psi according to my tuner on a precision 6262 on 93 octane on walbro 255, 272 cams, 1000cc injectors and Manley rods and crank, wiseco pistons. Goal is 500whp. I have BRP8ES plugs what should my gap be? Car will mainly be a daily around town car. On stock ignition.

Will the small boost leak at the TB effect the tune, or should I hold off and try to find a solution to fix it?

Also I have a TIAL BOV that opens 1/8-1/4 inch at idle, closes immediately with throttle Im on AEM EMS so no maf. Will this effect the tune?

ALL answers will be appreciated!!!!

.018 on the plug gap and you tuner needs to turn up the coil dwell in the tune. If your bov is open at idle email tial and they will give you a stiffer spring. You gotta fix all those leaks!

I'd check for flatness on both the IM and TB flanges.

address the leaks, and fix the shaft seals. it only takes about an hour and they are cheap, like $20 from stm. on the brp8es i would say around .019 or you could switch to non projected tips br8es and get away with a little looser gap.
