Another 25g Thread

Sup guys, sorry I'm not an evo owner. I wish I had one though, I truly think they're amazing cars. Anyways, a little about myself so you guys know the situation. I currently drive a 2010 Cobalt SS. I have full bolt ons and the EFR 6758 turbo on it. I hit 415whp 435 wtq on e47 (50/50 mix 91/e85) @ 24 psi. Well, the turbo blew LOL. I won't get into details why there isn't warranty etc. I have ordered a s20g that has the same exhaust manifold fitting as my car so it is a "bolt on". I have been reading on some of the threads regarding the 25g and what has to be done. I'm pretty much doing the same thing. New compressor housing anti surge 4" inlet 2.5 outlet. It's going to be a Mitsubishi cartridge with a 62.5mm inducer IIRC. It will be machined etc to make it fit. My question is to people running this similar set up. I want to see some dyno's and some feedback regarding this turbo and spool. I know it won't even be comparable to my EFR as I had to have a boost ramp cause it spooled so quick I didn't wanna blow my transmission. Do you guys think I can hit 400whp on 91 for a DD tune? Fueling isn't an issue btw. Thank you all.

Damn, no replies? Bump for some feedback. Who is running a 25g set up and has some dynos?

I have actually. I got a lot of info but it was hard to follow through everything cause one of them was 23 pages long. I did read all of it though. I don't wanna go off topic on someone elses thread that's just a reasoning.

What have you done to your car?
