My block was ruined just recently by my thrust bearings going out for some reason. It wasn't oil starvation BTW. I'm currently looking for a 63 block but they seem to be hard to find these days. I hear 64 blocks are dime a dozen. I like the idea of the LR2.4L. Aside from the water pump, head gasket, and combustion chamber modifications what else do I need to know about the 2.4L's. How do they put up street abuse using 30+ PSI of boost? I plan on buying one already made from BR if I can't source a 63 block. Mods are in my sig BTW. Car is primarily street driven maybe 1-2 drag nights a year.
