10.0afr @ cruise PLEASE HELP

I just had my car tuned on e85 @30 psi. Thing made great power. Anyways, at cruising speed any gear, it goes full 10.0 unless I give it some descent gas then Afrs go normal around 11-12. Also it feels like It's chugging or slightly missing only at cruising speed tho.. I tested for boost leaks and found nothing. Multiple times. I put brand new bpr7s in before our tune. Would a missing spark make it run rich at cruise? Tuner said It's something mechanical.
But I really want to get this figured out today so I We can do a pull and make sure the problem with cruise that hopefully gets fixed doesn't affect the tune.
Any theories? Or experience? I'm lost.

You need them to be gaped properly. Ask your tuner or gap them where they were before the tune

I gasped them to 0.017-.019 That's where he told me to. The old plugs were blowing out spark during the tune.

Big thanx to 10isace. Seriously tho. 10isace got hold of me. He looked at my cruise log and found that it wasn't it open loop all the time. And it needed to be Cause I had a bad o2 which is one reason why Guy's go open loop. It was using the o2 during cruise giving me rich afrs.

I have 10isace to Thank. He didn't ask for money or anything but I'm planning on throwing him some $. I think he plans on starting a tuning business something of that sort. And I will saye he is very very Nice and knows evos and tuning them. Very helpful in general. And unlike most tuners he actually TALKS to u. I've ran into countless tuners that will not speak with u. All text or email. This guy was exactly what I'd like to see more tuners be like.
Than again 1Oisace.

Go buy a replacement front O2 sensor and stop rigging it in open loop. I've read you badmouth two tuners in one day already. You might considering taking over the tuning duties yourself going forward,

SMH. Bad mouth? HMMM? well one stood me up twice and never got back to me to this date. The other I didnt "bad mouth" because I was just stating I couldn't get a hold of him. So i looked for other routes. I stated what was the problem and how it was fixed. I would never "bad mouth" Tom. He's been nothing but great and gave me an excellent tune.
Thanx for your ever so helpful reply.
