ACT Pressure Plate HELP!

Hey guys just got my tranny and Tcase dropped out and on the way to Shep. I was excited to see when I got my tranny off there was an ACT Pressure plate sitting there! Along with that there was an Exeddy clutch disk and stock Flywheel. I am getting the flywheel resurfaced tomorrow. My question to you guys is.... Is my Pressure plate still good????? I am not sure of how many miles i have had the car for 5k miles and it has never ever had a problem grabbing. done a couple launches in it and no problem there either. Anyone feel free to comment on their thoughts if wither or not it is good or bad. I am on a budget after having to replace the Tcase and trans so not having to replace this would be amazing Thanks guys see attached pics!

The clutch felt fine the tranny just wouldnt go into gear at high RPMS. My concern is i heard a bad Pressure plate will also cause it to not go in at HIGH RPMS is this true? I know for a fact the tranny was gone but no idea about the pressure plate... did perfectly fine for daily driving and getting on it

So even with a fresh tranny build you are saying its still a good chance this could keep occurring because there is no real way of just looking at the Pressure plate that its good or bad?
