4G64 posible problems
Hi gent im new to this forum , i am building a new 4g64 block for my evo 7 ...
current parts are
custom made 156 billet rods / 625 custom age
CP 87mm pistons ,
100mm stock crank
Fuel System
DW 300
FIC 1050
Plazaman Intake man
Aquamist HFS3 meth
Driveline
Carbonetic twin plate clutch
5sp man
rest of car is stock
Map ef3
exhaust manifold stock ported
Heads
rebuilt with GSC 2 , springs and retainers beehives +1 exhaust valves stock inlet valves ,
race ported , knife edge exhaust side )
Oil system
STOCK , only baffled home made sump
OK these are what i have , questions i have might have been answered in the past but here we go ,
I will install oil squirters into block , only thing that may deter me if i was will that impact on the oil system especially in extreme conditions wide sweeping bend at a track , will countersinking crank oil galleries have negative affect in oil pressure ? starvation every one blanks off EGR but where does the excess build up go ? should i be using a oil catch can ? Will an increased volume sump offer benefits ? or is dry sump only solution?
Im building this thing at home , machine shop has decked /head + block / bored /acid washed / oil squirters drilled but can i black it off ? ) all ready for assembly apparently , i will attempt assembly myself has anyone here attempted such a task ?
Im in Australia and lack the resources you guys do , the local guys here send me to shops that seem to want to build me a engine but cant answer these questions ... so i think if they dont have the answer : EPIC FAIL

Head gasket will be OEM EV0 8 , but it depends on how much the machine shop shaves from the head and block , using a straight edge and filer gauge the head was is excellent condition , block also seemed in good straight condition ... but im no pro ...
Head studs hasn't been on shopping list as yet any ideas 4g63 m10 / 4g64 m11 ?
