new tomei turbo setup... need help

ok so looking to throw on a new turbo and wanted to get help from someone the gurus.

set up:

tomei 7960 turbo with billet actuator
tomei manifold
invidia o2
3'' turbo back
cozi 272 cams
3 port
RC 1000
nisei 3.75 fmic
injen lower and upper IC pipe
injen intake
walbro 255

im looking for 450-460 to keep everything reliable because going to start tracking the car. was told that im going to need a double pumper and bigger injectors but was thinking i can do it with like a aem 320 fuel pump and may need 1200cc injectors?

will be doing a 91 and e85 tune

You definitely don't need larger injectors & if your fuel pump is healthy then no need to replace it too.

As foxbat indicates, you don't need a dbl-pumper. Your single Wally should be fine if you just mod it. Either punch the pressure relief valve., run a hotwire kit, or a kenne-Bell Boost-a-Pump. I would at least try those injectors since you already purchased them. They might be marginally fine on E85. How much air does the compressor on that turbo move anyway?

Havent single modded wally's been run up to 500hp on e85 already? Not saying thats safe... But your power level is... It would help if the injectors were bigger... Would give you a wider margin of error... But you can easily run these and be very happy with the results

yeah injectors and pump are fine right now on e85 making 420 on the stock 9 turbo. ok i will punch in the pressure relief valve, seems to be the easiest solution. not sure about the flow on the turbo.

friend made 462hp on e85 but had fic1450 injectors on single 255 and MBC. on dyno jet
