Having PO300 code issues

Well i've had my evo for a little over a year and i've dealt with this code for so long. The only time it acts up is on the highway crusing about 65-70mph at about 3k rpms. I've changed the cam position sensor crank position sensor put new plugs in it new coils and wires still the code comes back over and over. I reset it when i see it come on with my code reader and that stops it for a little bit. I would really love to be able to get on the highway and just cruise without having to let off and get back on it every 5mins. Car hasnt been tuned that i'm aware of only mods it has are a TBE aftermarket clutch (unknown brand) Go Fast Bits Bov and I'm pretty sure that's all. If anyone could help i'd appreciate it greatly!!!

Turn off the p030X codes in the ECU using ECUflash.

I too suffer from this code. Question for you..Does your transmission make a loud rattle/grinding sound when decelerating(foot of the gas) in 5th gear, usually around 3k rpm? I ask because I think worn out tranny input shaft bearings create specific harmonics in which the ecu misinterprets for knock/misfires.
